We pull up at Portimao Fiat dealership with high hopes for a good result and all looks good with replacement of a low cost item being the order of the day to fix the van
Catch is the part needs to come from Italy and we are now booked in for a week later
Good news I suppose as its fixable but I had to endure over 6 hours of retail therapy close by whilst waiting for the van to be looked at.
A night back at Praia Do Rocha is needed to get us to the garage in time next morning
There were many more visitors here this time due to the Portuguese Easter holidays

We give Falesia a go near Vilamoura on the sister site to the one at Silves for a couple of days
All good, and decide to break out the bikes and ride the coastal dirt tracks right through downtown Touristville and the bars/restaurants
The two marinas here are the highlight with all the usual family attractions
This we fancied….
As ever we go exploring and miss the return track later in the ride
This means we ride through several kms of Golf world and stunning courses
These are some of the apartments attached to the courses
The reason why the site at Falesia is popular although we never walked here having done the ride instead
