Vendôme

After our recent drama we head for Vendôme in Central France

The weather is still not great but good enough for a walk around this lovely town which we visited a couple of years ago

Perfect nesting spot

This is good practise for cuddling me apparently...

The Abbey church of the Holy Trinity

As ever with French churches you are blown away with the enormity of them and scale of detail architecture

Looking up inside

Usual deserted streets as its gone noon and the world stops for lunch in France

Around a 1000 inhabitants took part in this unique photographic collage that stretches around the quaint waterways of the park

Not a victim of recent flooding, its built this way..

Nina's favourite 'town house'
